Chris has had 35 years in business, 21 as a CEO, 10 years as director on various boards and 10 years as a mentor and business advisor specialising in the SME and NFP sectors.

 He has experience in the meat producing/exporting sector; marketing and advertising; international sport administration; owner operated hospitality, and business consultancy.
 
Chris specialises in all areas of business improvement e.g. performance evaluation; identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses; implementing strategies for improvement including  governance, planning (strategic, business, financial and risk); capability and capacity building; change management; business processes and systems
